However, through learning to connect with your body and your true self in a non-judgemental and caring way, those blockages will start to melt away leaving your true self and your ability to become who you have always wanted to be. Private Yoga Classes lead to transformative effects. Compared to group classes, your classes will be tailored exactly for your needs and goals. These lessons are for you, they are your time away from the world, to connect within. Due to the bespoke nature of our classes, you will reach your goals and transform at a faster pace than if you were to join in a group class.
As these lessons are bespoke, they are based on your goals. I like to start our yogic relationship with an initial phone call to discuss your goals, strengths and problem areas. I am here to assist you in what you would like to achieve. If you would prefer to not speak over the phone for this, then we can email instead. After this, we can begin our one hour lessons. I want to make sure that you are comfortable at all times, therefore we reassess with each lesson and keep an open dialogue to make sure that we are aligned with what feels right for you.
